Vision 

Colmar Manor is a wonderful place to live, work, and play.  The residents enjoy the transparent and responsive government.  They and visitors feel safe and respected here.  The trails and the river are enjoyed for recreation and wellness.  The community center serves the community and is well used by the residents, nonprofits, and neighboring communities.  

As a member of the Port Towns community, the Town collaborates with the other towns to save money and resources.

The Town uses updated technologies to make it easier for residents to communicate and get results most efficiently.

Colmar Manor is considered a leader in building structure in diverse small towns and is recognized as a model.
